Systems Administrator

Install, maintain, and support district-wide network and server infrastructure, wireless systems,

VoIP Phones, Cameras, and end-user devices.

Proactively monitor system & network performance, manage security policies, and ensure robust

backup and disaster recovery protocols.

Management and access for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other core platforms.

Collaborate with the technology team to implement and manage student and staff devices & equipment, including Chromebooks, interactive displays, & desktops

Advise and coordinate with administration and the technology team on district initiatives, and provide recommendations for infrastructure and software improvements and solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and/or 3+ years of experience in systems administration / IT Support.

Net+, Security+, CCNA or MCSE certification or equivalent (preferred).

Proficiency in networking, server infrastructure, cybersecurity, firewalls, and cloud management.

Experience with FortiGate, Shortel Ubiquiti, Hyper-V, and/or Active Directory (Preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a refined ability to troubleshoot complex

technical issues under pressure.

Experience in a K–12 school environment and familiarity with learning management systems and

educational technology tools (preferred).
