Administrator experience required
Demonstrated leadership in school improvement, program development and curriculum integration and application of technology across the curriculum
Ability to plan, organize and administer a district-level professional development program
Independent use of Google Suite, word processing, Excel, E-Mail, - Internet and appropriate software applications is highly desirable.
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
PERFORMANCE

Collaborates with district leadership, principals, and teachers to develop, refine, and implement a coherent, vertically aligned curriculum in English Language Arts, ESL, and World Languages that reflects district goals and state standards.
Leads the development and continuous improvement of literacy instruction and language acquisition programs, ensuring alignment with research-based practices and the needs of diverse learners, including multilingual learners.
Evaluates, recommends, and oversees the adoption and implementation of instructional materials, textbooks, and programs in ELA, ESL, and World Languages through collaborative committee processes, with attention to rigor, accessibility, and cultural responsiveness.
Provides leadership in strengthening early literacy, reading, writing, and language development as well as second language acquisition across grade levels.
