Job Description
- Educational Facilities Manager Certificate
- Experience in public school facilities management, preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of architecture; school construction; purchasing; school safety; plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; heating and ventilation; knowledge of well water management and septic preferred
- Hold a Black Seal License
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of department staff
- Proficient use of technology
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status
