Job Description
Educational Facilities Manager Certificate
Experience in public school facilities management, preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of architecture; school construction; purchasing; school safety; plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; heating and ventilation; knowledge of well water management and septic preferred
Hold a Black Seal License
Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of department staff
Proficient use of technology
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status
