Special Education Teacher

Grades PK – 8 Tenure Track

Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities.

Experience with a multiple disabilities classroom preferred.

Experience working with students with disabilities, including supportive, behavioral, and communication needs through data driven techniques such as ABA.

Ability to collaboratively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Experience working with diverse learners and implementing inclusive, differentiated instruction

Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Knowledge of IEP implementation, accommodations, and supporting students with disabilities.

Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status.

NJ Residency not required.
