Job Description
- Early childhood instruction — Taught and supported a classroom of 15 children ages 3–4, using developmentally appropriate practices that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
- Lesson planning — Created weekly lesson plans through the Teaching Strategies platform, aligning activities with state standards and individual learning goals
- Student observations — Conducted ongoing observations, documented developmental progress, and submitted accurate, timely notes to support assessment and curriculum planning
