Music Teacher

Hoboken Public Schools is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic band educator to teach flute, trumpet, clarinet, saxophone, percussion, trombone, and tuba as part of the school-day curriculum for students in grades 6/8. Candidates should have prior experience both teaching and performing on these instruments, with marching band experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to guide students from beginning through advanced skill levels, including developing proficiency in sight-reading, analyzing instrumentation, and participating in ensemble performance.
