Middle School Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

Support the day-to-day operations of the middle school program

Provide instructional leadership, including coaching, observation, and feedback for teachers

Help design and implement curriculum and instructional practices aligned with school goals

Promote a positive, inclusive, and student-centered school culture

Collaborate with faculty to integrate creative, project-based, and arts-infused learning experiences

Support student discipline and restorative practices

Analyze student data to inform instruction and improve outcomes

Assist with scheduling, supervision, and school-wide initiatives

Partner with families to support student success and engagement

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Educational

Leadership or related field preferred

Valid NJDOE Supervisor or Principal Certification (or eligibility)

Experience teaching at the middle school level

Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., team leader, instructional coach, department chair)

-Strong understanding of curriculum, instruction, and assessment

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Commitment to equity, inclusion, and whole-child development
