• The Literacy Coach serves as a district instructional leader responsible for strengthening literacy

Requirements

• 1
• Valid New Jersey instructional certification (Reading Specialist or related certification
• preferred)

• Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience
• 3
• Demonstrated knowledge of:
• Evidence-based literacy instruction
• NJ Literacy Framework and NJSLS-ELA
• MTSS and intervention practices
• 4
• Experience with instructional coaching and adult learning preferred
