Job Description
- Valid New Jersey Teacher of English as a Second Language certificate OR NJ Bilingual / Bicultural Education Certification
- Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned
Responsibilities
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
- Knowledge and understanding of the social, emotional, and academic needs of Multilingual Learners
- The ability to build positive and effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Required Criminal History Check
- Provide proof of US citizenship or legal Resident Alien status by completing Federal Form I-9
- Pass required State Mantoux/Tuberculin test and physical exam as required
