Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Black Seal License or must obtain a Black Seal License within 1 year of hire.
- Ability to read, interpret and follow both written and oral instructions and respond appropriately in emergent situations.
- General knowledge of tools, equipment, cleaning operations and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to interact effectively with supervisory personnel, students, staff, and visitors to the school.
- Possession of a valid New Jersey driver license.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to meet strenuous physical requirements of the position.
