Job Description

- This role provides the opportunity to lead schoolwide systems, strengthen instructional practices, support student achievement, and build a positive school culture in partnership with staff, students, and families.
Responsibilities
- Instructional Leadership and Student Achievement.
- Support and monitor the implementation of high-quality instructional practices across classrooms.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to improve student achievement and close learning gaps.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Principal Certificate (Standard or Certificate of Eligibility).
- Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience(elementary preferred).
- Previous administrative or demonstrated leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of curriculum, instruction, and assessment Experience using student data to improve learning outcomes.
- Bilingual preferred.
