Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required 2
- Business School Graduate, preferred 3
- Experience as a transportation assistant, dispatcher or driver, preferred 4
- Experience developing bus routes, preferred 5
- Working knowledge of transportation routing software (Transfinder preferred) 6
- Knowledge of State of New Jersey Transportation Contract Procedures and Forms, preferred 7
- Knowledge of word processing and database computer programs 8
- Experience with database system Realtime, preferred 9
- Ability to interact professionally with staff, parents and transportation agencies 10
- Possesses satisfactory verbal and written communications skills 11
- Must possess excellent organizational skills 12
- Holds a valid State of New Jersey driver's license 13
- Satisfactory health status 14
