Requirements

• NJ Principal's Certificate Required (Standard, Provisional, or CE);Administrative Experience (required);Knowledge/experience with early childhood/elementary best practices (particularly Mathematics and English Language Arts);Knowledge of school law, assessment accountability, and NJ Student Learning Standards;Experience with opening of school procedures linked to student placement, staff assignments, master schedule, family/community engagement, and special education;Understanding of teacher observation/evaluation process;Willingness to work collaboratively with building and central office administration (in a large district setting);Successful clearance of criminal history and mandated background check.Anticipated Start Date: On or after July 23, 2026 (pending background clearance).Duration: On or after July 23, 2026 through appointment and clearance of principal
