- This is a full-time, year-round position responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work to support the safe and efficient operation of school district buildings

Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance tasks individually or as part of a team.Maintain and care for district buildings.Safely operate maintenance machinery.Read and follow oral and written instructions accurately.Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and meet project deadlines.Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff and contractors.Perform duties in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined.Prior experience in general facilities maintenance preferred.Valid New Jersey Driver's License required.Black Seal License must be obtained within two years from the date of hire
