Responsibilities
- Include: Provide a comprehensive music education to students, promoting their appreciation for music, and developing their musical skills
- Deliver music education by teaching students of all grade levels about music appreciation, theory, and performance, using a variety of instructional techniques and resources
- Develop an engaging lesson plan that aligns with the New Jersey State Standards and address the diverse needs and abilities of students
- Regularly evaluate student progress through formative and comprehensive assessments, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.Establish and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment that encourages creativity, learning, and active participation.Organize and participate in school performances, concerts, and other events, enhancing students' practical musical experiences
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, administrators, and the community to support achievement and promote the importance of music education
- Engage in ongoing professional growth opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and curriculum developments in music education

- Minimum
Requirements
