- They will ensure a strong pipeline of candidates by managing relationships with key universities and organizations both locally and nationally (including HBCUs and HSIS); attending in-person and virtual career fairs and events; managing communications with key organizations and leveraging recruitment tools to headhunt and identify strong potential candidates.Implement on-campus recruitment events and initiatives (career fairs, information sessions, panels, professional learning, etc.)Use recruitment tools (applicant tracking systems, resume databases, Linked

- Identify, establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with local and national organizations that provide high quality and diverse talent for our schools
- Strengthen communication and relationships with school leaders and Selection recruiters to assess short and long-term talent needs and trends
