- Description:Assist department with inventory needs.Processing of Purchase Orders.Maintains and updates multiple and complicated records and databases.Create and maintain ID in keycard system.Respond to inquiries and research matters in order to obtain the requested information.Contacts persons and agencies outside of the district to obtain information as needed.Prepares materials for the department, including correspondence, lists, summaries, and similar documents.Operates common office equipment including personal computers, printers, scanners, and photocopy machines
