- Black Seal Boilers License Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and organize the work of all building custodians Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned Ability to comprehend basic operating instructions, prepare reports and prepare yearly staff evaluations Knowledge of computers Knowledge in general maintenance repairs Must be able to climb and work off a ladder Must be able to list at least 50 lbs
