Qualifications

Hours
- Ability to read and understand blueprints Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Advance level of knowledge, skill and experience in construction & repair of plumbing, carpentry, locksmith and roofing Black Seal Boilers License Experience in Budge Preparation, preferred High School Graduate or equivalent Knowledge in general maintenance repairs Knowledge of basic plumbing and plumbing codes Must be ble to climb and work off a ladder Must be able to respond to emergencies Skill in the use of typical construction, hand and power tools Supervisory experience preferred Valid NJ Driver License Other assigned duties See attached
