• Position:Teacher of Special Education (ICS/RC)2026-2027 School Year Location:Monroe Township High School

Qualifications

• Must hold appropriate New Jersey teaching certificate; successful teaching experience preferred
• Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy, as well as differentiated instruction based upon learning styles
• Knowledge of high school philosophy and learning
• Ability to use formative assessments to collect and analyze student data to monitor and track student growth
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis, prompt hierarchy, fading procedures, task-analysis, and shaping
• Proficient in the use of instructional technology
• Responsibility:To provide special education support to children in an in-class support/resource center setting
• The special education teacher would co-teach collaboratively with the regular education teacher to provide in-class support for identified classified students and shall provide replacement resource center instruction
• Availability:September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027
