Requirements

• Must hold a current Group Fitness Certification
• Valid CPR/AED Certification required
• CPR/AED certified
• Dependable and team-oriented, with a willingness to assist with subbing when needed
• Classes available mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Preferred Experience (not required):Zumba
• Les Mills programs (e.g., Body Pump, Body Combat, etc.)Indoor Cycling

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety of the- patrons in the fitness area.Monitors the activities at the fitness area to prevent accidents.Leads fitness and/or related classes following MRESC guidelines.Ensures safe and effective workouts.Responds to and reports accidents and incidents.Sets up, moves and stores class equipment when necessary.Develops positive relationships with members and provides motivational support and guidance.Increases participant awareness of healthy lifestyle factors.Attends staff meetings and approved trainings as required.Accurately maintains related record keeping.Other job duties and
