School Bus Aide

Qualifications

• Assist the driver on the assigned transportation route Be seated in a location on the vehicle most conductive to maintaining order Able to manage student behaviors Be physically able to assist students onto the vehicle and off the vehicle Must possess sufficient physical strength to lift 50 pounds Have basic knowledge of first aid procedures and complete a Red Cross basic course in first aid within one year of initial employment Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status Other
