Substitute - Maintenance

• Substitute - Maintenance $20.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• may include: Performs the duties necessary to provide for the ongoing care, servicing, repairs, and alteration of the district’s facilities, equipment, and grounds
• Carries out the district’s preventative maintenance program, which shall include maintaining inspection reports
• Maintains the district’s grounds, including parking area and walkways
• Reports to the Maintenance Foreman all deficiencies that require repair or use of an outside contractor
• Maintains an adequate amount of supplies and equipment used to carry out assigned duties
• Maintains the heating, ventilation, and related equipment
• Performs the duties listed in the custodian

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
