Fulltime Instructional Paraprofessional (2026-2027 School Year) (5 positions)

• The North Plainfield School District, a culturally diverse school district in Somerset County serving 3,700 students Pre-K through grade 12, seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative professional for the position of Full Time Instructional Paraprofessional
• These full time positions will work an 8 hour schedule that includes an unpaid 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks
• The times of each 8-hour schedule will depend upon the assigned school and classroom

Salary

• is paid at an hourly rate
• This role is eligible for health/medical

Qualifications

• Include:Position requires 60 college credits or passing score on the New Jersey Para
• Pro Exam.Previous experience preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Funding provided by the PEA grant

Salary

• $22.67 per hour (minimum) to $27.60 per hour (maximum), commensurate with experience
