  • The successful candidate will play a key role in building a strong culture of college and career readiness through innovative programming, meaningful student relationships, and data-informed support systems.We are also seeking an innovator who is excited to help guide the creation of a new College and Career Readiness Center through upcoming referendum construction

Qualifications

  • Include:Valid New Jersey School Counselor Certification Strong knowledge of college admissions processes, career pathways, and post-secondary planning
  • Experience with college and career readiness platforms (e.g., Naviance, College Board, FAFSA processes)Ability to analyze and utilize student data to guide programming and support student outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement events such as college fairs, workshops, and career exploration activities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, staff, and community partners
  • Commitment to equity and ensuring access to post-secondary opportunities for all students
  • Growth mindset-willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues

Salary

  • $69,630 (minimum) to $103,470 (maximum) commensurate with experience, pending negotiated agreement
