• UIC: 3629AArea: 02Position: SNSIAvailability Date: May 15, 2026 North Plainfield High School is seeking a highly motivated retired Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard officer (O3-O6) to fill SNSI vacancy for a well-established unit located in North Plainfield, NJ
• The unit was established in 2004 and has over 220 cadets enrolled in the program
• We are active in all phases of the NJROTC program (Drill, Air Rifle, Orienteering, Academic, Athletic, Cyber
• Patriot, and Drone teams)
• The unit has outstanding cadet involvement in all activities
• Experience is preferred but not required
• The unit is fortunate to have outstanding support from administration, staff, and the community

Salary

• will meet or exceed Navy minimum with a 10- or 12-month contract and coaching stipends available for the various teams
• Final pay is determined by your level of formal education
• New Jersey Teacher of Military Science certification will be required

Salary

• $69,630 (minimum) to $103,470 (maximum) commensurate with experience
