Teacher of Art (2 positions)

• The North Plainfield School District, a culturally diverse school district in Somerset County serving 3,300 students Pre-K through grade 12, seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative professional for the position of Art Teacher at North Plainfield High School.For those still in the process of attaining certification, please know that the North Plainfield District is approved for participation in the NJDOE Limited Certificate Program which may allow you to work in a full time role as you complete your final certification requirement

Qualifications

• Include:Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate as Teacher of Art
• Effective project-management, problem-solving, organizational, human relations, and written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual education experience preferred.Experience with 2-D, 3-D, and/or digital art software and technologies is a plus

Salary

• $69,630 (minimum) to $103,470 (maximum) commensurate with experience
