Qualifications

• Include: Certification as Teacher of Students with Disabilities or TOH required
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the NJSLSFamiliarity in working with data to help make informed instructional decisions
• Strong skill set in lesson planning, behavior management, curriculum development, assessment, and integrating various educational resources
• Growth mindset - the district provides professional development and employs instructional coaches to support teachers in their pedagogy
• Proven experience working with students in an inclusion setting
• Ability to differentiate instruction to a student's individual needs

Salary

• $69,630 (minimum) to $78,630 (maximum) commensurate with experience
