Qualifications

• Include:Teacher of Elementary School or Teacher of Preschool through Grade 3Deep knowledge and understanding of the NJSLSFamiliarity in working with data to help make informed instructional decisions
• Strong skill set in lesson planning, behavior management, curriculum development, assessment, and integrating various educational resources.Growth mindset - the district provides professional development and employs instructional coaches to support teachers in their pedagogy
