Qualifications

• Include:Certification as Elementary School Teacher in Grades K - 6 required
• Bilingual/Bicultural Endorsement (can be working or willing to work towards this endorsement)Deep knowledge and understanding of the NJSLS Familiarity in working with data to help make informed instructional decisions
• Strong skill set in lesson planning, behavior management, curriculum development, assessment, and integrating various educational resources.Growth mindset - the district provides professional development and employs instructional coaches to support teachers in their pedagogy
• Fluent Spanish literate required

Salary

• $69,765 (minimum) to $103,470 (maximum) commensurate with experience
