• Teacher, Grade 1, Leave Replacement September 3, 2026 - February 8, 2027Weston Elementary School, Manville School District The Manville School District is seeking a caring, collaborative, and student-centered educator to serve as a Grade 1 Maternity Leave Replacement Teacher at Weston Elementary School
• The ideal candidate will foster a warm and engaging classroom environment while delivering high-quality instruction that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of all learners within our inclusive school community

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with Grade 1 curriculum standards
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid New Jersey teaching certification for Grade 1 required
• Preferred experience teaching grade 1Passionate about early childhood education
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Multilingual a plus

• is commensurate with education level and years of experience, starting at $66,705 (minimum) to $95,850 (maximum) for the 2026-2027 school year
