• The Manville School District, a culturally diverse district in Somerset County serving approximately 1,700 students from Pre-K through grade 12, is seeking dynamic and dedicated Secondary Spanish Teachers to join our team
• The successful candidates will design and deliver high-quality instruction that supports Spanish language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing, and listening) and cultural appreciation

Responsibilities

• include developing engaging lesson plans aligned with NJ Student Learning Standards, utilizing instructional technology, and collaborating with the world languages department to enhance student learning outcomes
• For those still in the process of attaining certification, Manville School District is approved for participation in the NJDOE Limited Certificate Program, which may allow you to work in a full-time role as you complete your final certification requirement

Qualifications

• New Jersey Department of Education certification in Spanish
• Experience teaching secondary level in Spanish
• Strong skill set in lesson planning, behavior management, curriculum development, assessment, and integrating various educational resources
