Responsibilities
- Include: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring they are properly signed in accordance with district safety protocols
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments and take detailed messages for staff and administration.Serve as a resource for parents regarding school schedules, events, and general inquiries.Monitor the main entrance, verify identification, and issue visitor badges to maintain a secure campus
- Assist in coordinating school safety drills and serve as a central communication hub during emergency situations
- Follow all Board policies and OSHA standards as outlined in the School Employee Handbook
- Manage daily student attendance, late sign ins, and early dismissal
- Handle student record requests and maintain organized filing systems for administrative documents
- Monitor office supply levels and coordinate with the Director of Operations for ordering as needed
