Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology or related field
- Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) professional certificate3 years minimum experience in an educational or therapeutic environment
- Ability to design, implement and monitor behavior plans and FBAs
- Collaboration with parents, staff and administration
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a wide range of constituents
- Compensation: Following the established BTEA
Salary
- Guide ranging from $62,244.00 to $99,585.00, commensurate with experience
