• Job Title: Youth Transition to Work (YTTW) Transition Program Coordinator (PT)Reports to: Director of Vocational Education and CTE and Supervisor of CTE Job Purpose: Support students in the apprenticeship program and other career programs that offer internships and apprenticeship opportunities for students

• NJ Teacher or Substitute Teacher Certification Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to document and write reports
• Computer technology skills
• Reporting writing skills

• Ability to supervise students in classroom and work environments Duties/

Responsibilities

• Supervise employer placement for pre-apprenticeship students
• Participate in advisory committee meetings
• Serve as a liaison between the high school pre-apprenticeship staff and the employers
• Provides information for grant reports and assist with the development of grant reports
• Maintain a schedule of students in the Pre-apprenticeship program
• Assist pre-apprenticeship instructor with monitoring busing and scheduling for pre-apprenticeship students
• Assist with coordinating online and in-person classes, exams, and instructor and student schedules
• Assist in coordinating partnerships made with educational entities
• Complete payroll and paperwork for all student stipends
• Coordinate transportation for students in the apprenticeship program
• Other duties as assigned for the growth of the program Working Conditions
