Job Details

  • Job Title: PACE IV Summer Placement Coordinator (Pending Grant Approval) PACE IV Summer Placement Coordinator (Pending Grant Summer Placement Coordinator (Pending Grant Approval)Reports To: Director of Vocational Education & CTE/Supervisor of Career & Technical Education
  • Job Purpose: Create and manage registered apprenticeship placements and partnerships for students, assist with facilitating summer trades programs, support youth transition to work initiatives, and other duties as related to PACE grant reporting and facilitation as requested

Qualifications

  • Required:Bachelor's Degree Three-five years working with registered apprenticeship programs
  • Three-five years working with federal grants
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to pass the Criminal History Review
  • Ability to pass the Sexual Misconduct Child Abuse Disclosure

Qualifications

  • Desired:Master's Degree Experience with grant programs and reporting
  • Duties/

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate placements for students in registered apprenticeship programs, paid work experience, or higher education
  • Review student program evaluations and assist with adjustments and plans for 2024-25 apprenticeship program
  • Coordinate meetings with students enrolled in registered apprenticeship programs throughout the summer
  • Coordinate partner events and trainings for students July 2024 - August 2024Provide content for monthly grant reports
  • Assist with the creation of schedules and welcome letters for students for the 2024-25 school year program
  • Other duties and assignments to support the grant as assigned by the Director of Vocational Education & CTE and the Supervisor of CTE Working Conditions:School Building
  • July 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026Grant Stipend of $6,120 paid bi-weekly
