Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate for ESL or ability to obtain certification through the NJ Limited Instructional Certification Program
- Holder of a Certificate of Eligibility must complete the 50 hour pre-professional experience as required by the NJ Department of Education
- Demonstrates knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
