- 10-Month Position JOB GOAL: To provide an approved educational program and establish a class environment that fosters learning and personal growth
- To help students develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education; and maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members
Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey Department of Education Preschool - Grade 3 certificate or ability to obtain certification through the Limited Instructional Certification Program.Holder of Certificates of Eligibility must complete the 50-hour pre-professional experience as required by the NJ Department of Education.Demonstrates knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities.Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
