Experience and general knowledge in cleaning and maintaining building interior/exterior, including snow removal.Ability to operate school heating, ventilating and air conditioning system
Able to make minor repairs and painting, filter replacement, light bulb maintenance, furniture moving
Able to develop a routine to manage their cleaning run
Familiarity with current technology, able to enter electronic work orders and process email Essential Duties and

Technology Skills: Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System
Evaluation of Performance: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education policy.Terms of Employment: 12 Month Contract
