• Description: *Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in English and Spanish across core subjects *Support students' language acquisition using NJSLS/WIDA standards and best instructional practices *Differentiate instruction to meet varying academic and language proficiency levels *Assess student progress regularly and adapt lessons to support growth *Create a positive, culturally responsive classroom environment *Collaborate with grade-level teams, ESL staff, and support personnel *Communicate regularly with families and encourage family engagement
