Qualifications
- General maintenance experience preferred
- Must pass physical examination
- Must be able to lift unassisted a minimum of 50 pounds
- Boilers License preferred (attach a copy) or must earn a Black Seal License within 1 year of employment
- Valid New Jersey Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates the ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, as work requires
- Demonstrates the ability to operate heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to provide temperatures appropriate to the season
- Demonstrates the ability to operate snow removal equipment
- Demonstrates the ability to replace wiring, switches, faucets, plumbing fixtures and the like
- Demonstrates basic carpentry skills and proficiency in the use of carpenter's power and hand tools

- - Step 1 - $47,000 - to be prorated based on start date
