Qualifications
- HS Degree required
- Ability to read, write and understand work-related directions and instructions with sufficient skill to perform required tasks effectively.Demonstrates strength and dexterity necessary to perform all required tasks.Demonstrates knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration and BMS controls.Hold a New Jersey Black Seal Boiler license or be able to obtain one within one year of employment.Must possess a valid NJ driver's license.Must possess a refrigeration license.Such alternatives to the above
