• Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Burlington County Special Services School District - Educational Services Unit
• Position Summary
• BCSSSD is seeking a qualified and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Educational Services Unit
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB), experience working with students with autism, and the ability to lead paraprofessional staff
• This role involves collaboration with local school districts, families, and BCSSSD staff to support student success through effective behavior intervention plans and program development

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)Candidate for BCBA exam may be considered
• Minimum of three years of experience in ABA/VBStrong data analysis and program development skills for students with autism
• Ability to direct and support paraprofessional staff
• In-depth knowledge of behavior plan development and instructional strategies
• Familiarity with NJ Special Education regulations
• Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• $64,064 - $82,487(commensurate with education and experience)Note: Starting salaries typically fall within the lower portion of the range due to collective bargaining agreements
