• The LTPS bus attendant will ride the special needs buses
• They may be on an LTPS vehicle or a vehicle operated by a contractor.The bus attendants work between 6:30 and 9:30 in the AM
• Then they work between 1:00 PM - 5:00 pm(

• are determined by route and are subject to change)-max 5.75 hrs per day

• needed can range between 1 to 3 hrs. in the AM or the PM.When a sub attendant is needed, it may be in the AM or the PM, or sometimes, it will be both AM and PM.Early dismissal

Hours

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Ability to take initiative in assisting students
• Must be able to successfully pass an NJDOE Criminal History & Background Check
