Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
• Instructional Certificate preferred
• Experience with students with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral disabilities
• Ability to coordinate work of Registered Behavior Technicians and paraprofessionals
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies
• Knowledge of least restrictive environment and inclusive education
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individual and class-wide behavior systems
