Qualifications

• NJ Principal's Certification.
• Successful and Proven Experience as a Principal
• Effective leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to supervise and evaluate certificated and non-certificated staff members.
• Record of success in establishing an effective learning environment and maintaining high standards of academic excellence.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to motivate staff and students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents and community.Position is available July 1, 2026 and includes full family health
