Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Early Childhood or in a related educational field, preferably experience with Preschool through Grade 3New Jersey Department of Education Principal Certificate New Jersey Teacher of Preschool through Grade 3 or New Jersey Elementary School Teacher Certificate
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
• Demonstrated leadership skills in the areas of curriculum development, program evaluation; staff development and school improvement
• Demonstrates knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities.Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
