Salary

• $195 per day
• Criteria: Provide direct ESL instruction to Multilingual Learners in grades assigned.Develop and implement engaging lessons aligned to WIDA and New Jersey Student Learning Standards.Collaborate with classroom teachers to support language development across content areas.Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of student achievement and language proficiency.Administer and support state-mandated assessments, including WIDA ACCESSCommunicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.Participate in professional development, PLC meetings, and school-based initiatives.Assist in the identification, placement, and monitoring of Multilingual Learners.Support the development of culturally responsive learning environments

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Teacher of English as a Second Language (ESL) Certification required.New Jersey Teaching Certificate required.Bilingual certification preferred but not required.Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse student populations.Knowledge of WIDA Standards, ACCESS for ELLs, and New Jersey Student Learning Standards.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Experience using student achievement data to inform instruction
• Preferred Experience: Experience in urban or diverse school settings
• Familiarity with SEL practices and culturally responsive teaching
• Experience using data-driven instruction
