• Responsible for all planning and instruction as per the district curriculum.
• Teach engaging, standards-based business courses that emphasize real-world application.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners' needs.
• Integrate technology and modern business tools into daily instruction to enhance student learning.
• Support business-related extracurriculars (e.g., DECA, FBLA, clubs).
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Collaborate with department colleagues, administration, and parents to support student achievement

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Business Education, or a related field.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to utilize educational technology platforms (e.g., Canvas, Google Classroom, Genesis) effectively.Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with a Comprehensive Business (Certificate #1300) endorsement (or eligibility)
