Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey teaching certificate
• Elementary Education (endorsement code 1001) preferred
• Minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level
• Master's degree in education preferred
• Thorough understanding of current research based instructional best practices in curriculum and instruction, differentiation techniques, and data analysis
• Experience facilitating professional development, professional learning communities, or grade level teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a reflective approach to professional growth REMUNERATION:
